WCFC U15s The Badgers make a welcome return to league action tomorrow when they welcome Derry Hill Blaze to Northbrook, kick off 14:00. Meetings between the teams tend to be eventful and high scoring. Last year, the only encounter was at Northbrook where the Badgers edged a 9 goal thriller thanks in large part to a hat-trick from Jack. Earlier this season at Beaverbrook in November, it was the highest scoring draw in Badger's history when the Blaze scored 2 late goals to snatch a 6-6 draw! The Blaze are going well, sitting second in the table with only 1 league defeat, beating Durrington away 4-1 last out in early December. To try and find the best combination following the disappointing cup exit in the last game, Team Manager Mark reverts to 3 at the back, the formation so successful in past seasons. Toby is back to anchor the midfield, allowing Teddy to partner Jack up front with Nathan in behind, with Harvey, Joe and Solly making a strong bench in what promises to be another entertaining and competitive game in Mid Wilts League Blue Division!
